Tisser maintains two product catalogues: one for Buying online (“Buy”) and the second for Bulk Purchases (“Source”). Users can browse through various products from different e-shops on the “Buy” catalogue on the marketplace and buy a product of their choice. Or they can send enquiries for the products they want to “Source”, and our sales team will get in touch with them shortly.

Tisser executes both retail as well as wholesale orders. In case of bulk purchases, the initial requirement is an enquiry which includes product details, quantity, customization request and delivery dates desired. Based on the enquiry, the Tisser team can respond back to the buyer and negotiate the terms, which once finalized lead to placing of the order.

Considering the scale at which our artisans work, some of them may not be in position to deliver quantities if ordered in bulk in the desired timeline. Enquiry form is an accepted process for sourcing in B2B orders. We request our bulk purchase Buyers to start communication with our team through trade enquiries.

Since products are made to order, for bulk orders, the delivery timeline ranges between 15-21 days. It can be vary depending on the level of customisation on the product. For buying retail products, the delivery timeline is 10-15 working days.

For retail orders delivering in Mumbai, the cost of delivery is Rs. 40/kg. For delivering to locations outside Mumbai, the delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance and weight of the package
